Admissions Clerk - PRN
Seeking a PRN Admissions Clerk to ensure that patients are promptly and accurately registered, verify that appropriate information is obtained to satisfy medical, billing, and legal requirements, and perform other duties as necessary. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be customer service oriented, and a team player. Previous hospital registration experience preferred. Must be willing to work weekends and nights.
HIM Analyst I
Seeking a HIM Analyst to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Position controls the release of medical information from medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies and procedures, and federal and state statutes. Organizes and evaluates patient medical records. Reviews medical records for accuracy and completeness. Responsible for filing and retrieving medical records in an electronic health record database, scanning paper charts into the electronic health record and maintaining various logs and spreadsheets. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook); detail oriented; organized; and have the ability to follow guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should also have training in a HIM program from an accredited institution of higher learning. Preferred candidates will have RHIA or RHIT certification. Candidate must have education and/or experience in coding all patient types. Experience in medical records, knowledge of medical terminology, and HIPAA preferred.
Registered Radiology Technologist - PRN
Seeking a Registered Radiology Technologist (RRT) with X-ray and CT experience. Must be available to work PRN weekends and able to work alone.
RN - Full Time Nights
Seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) to work nights. Candidate must hold current licensure in the state of Georgia and have ACLS and CPR/BLS certification. Must be willing to work weekends when needed.
Seeking a Medical Technologist to perform medical laboratory tests and procedures to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease; collect and analyze body fluids; conduct chemical analysis of body fluids such as blood, urine, and spinal fluid, and determine presence of normal or abnormal components; study blood cells, their numbers, and morphology using microscopic technique; perform blood group, type, and compatibility tests for transfusion purposes; perform microbiological tests to identify viruses, fungi, parasites, and bacterium; perform arterial blood gas analysis; review test results for accuracy; record and disseminate findings and report critical values to physicians, agencies and departments in a timely manner; and calibrate and maintain equipment (e.g. spectrophotometers, calorimeters, flame photometers; and computer controlled analyzers).
AMT(American Medical Technologist)Licensure is required.
Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology and 1 year of experience.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN Days/Nights
Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to work PRN days and nights. Candidate must hold current CNA certification in the State of Georgia and CPR/BLS certification. Must be willing to work weekends when needed.
