The rehabilitation department at Morgan Memorial Hospital provides physical, occupational and speech therapy on both an outpatient and inpatient basis to individuals of all ages. Our licensed therapy team members have the training needed to provide a well-rounded treatment approach. This is beneficial in helping patients reach their maximum level of recovery.
To meet the service demands of our community and surrounding counties, we now operate two therapy facilities; one within the hospital for inpatients and another offsite for individuals needing treatment but
not requiring a hospital stay. Services are offered in a family oriented atmosphere utilizing a diverse portfolio of equipment.
With physical, occupational and speech therapists on staff we are able to treat a wide variety of neurological and orthopedic disorders and injuries. These include issues related to strokes, guillain barre, multiple sclerosis, hip and knee replacement, arm or leg fractures, back, shoulder and hand injuries, amputations and arthritis. We also handle burns and wound care as well as pediatric developmental problems.
